Chef Brad is the President & CEO of HRBUniversal and the director of all divisions. He oversees the day-to-day operation along with personally conducting 15-20 training sessions a month throughout the Southeast United States and Worldwide. Chef Brad is an industry veteran for over 30+ years and brings real-life experience to each division. Chef Brad is a Certified Master Trainer and is one of the only master trainers in the United States and Internationally that is approved to administer and teach all of the ANSI/CFP-approved food safety programs as well as to conduct the train-the-trainer courses in each.
Chef Brad works with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation Military Traveler & ProStart Programs across the United States and is an active member of the Conference of Food Protection
